Elizabeth is made of a semi-sheer burnt out velvet in floral pattern, with an olive shine and shade. It falls from velvet shoulder straps into a boat neckline and gathered puff sleeves, then a voluminous skirt with gathered side and high low hem. It can be adjusted by drawstrings under layers of ruffles, according to the shape of the bodice at waist.
