Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

 

SHIPPING

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of order placed.

We ship orders via EMS SpeedPost, Fedex or SF Express. Shipping charges are below:

 

Hong Kong: FREE SHIPPING

Macau, Taiwan, China: USD 13

Asia (Except Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China) : USD 32

International: USD 50

 

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery outside Hong Kong may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of the date you received your parcel, which must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The items must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition.

  • The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • All discounted items, including any discount codes used are not eligible for return, exchange or cancel.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All shipment costs involved in the exchange process will be borne by the customer. If the exchange is related to our fault (wrongly delivered or defective items), such charges will be waived.

  • athenaeum(m.) will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorised confirmation.


athenaeum(m.) reserves the right not to accept the returns which do not comply with the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.

In case the price of the exchange items are lower than the returned ones, the difference will not be returned. If the price of the exchange items are higher than the returned ones, customers need to pay for the cost difference.

We do inspections on every item to ensure our product’s quality before dispatch. Some of our products are made with handcraft finishing. We will not accept any exchange or refund due to uneven colour or texture. Please make sure you accept the above possibility before placing an order.

 

Athenaeum Studio reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in case of any dispute.
